Grilled Almond Barfi
Unbelievably easy to make, this almond fudge is packed with goodness of almonds and flavourful khoya, grilled to perfection. The fragrances of cardamom create a perfect concord with the earthy and flavourful almond, making it a favourite among people of all age groups. A perfect guilt-free way to enjoy the festivities!

Ingredients
- Khoya – 500 gms
- Sugar – 5-6 tbsp
- Roasted Almonds – 2 cups
- Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
- Almonds, chopped – 4-5
Method
Step 1: Grate the khoya and keep aside.

Step 3: Heat a pan and add grated khoya and sugar and cook over low heat for 3-4 minutes.
Step 4: Remove from the heat and mix in with the roasted and crushed almonds. Sprinkle cardamom powder and combine properly.
Step 5: Lay the mixture in a baking tray and spread evenly.

Notes/Tips:
